It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rowena Campbell announce her passing on Saturday, July 25th, 2009 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 72 years. She will be sadly missed by her daughters: Delina, Marie and Marina; sons: Boyce and Dorman; sisters: Jessie, Ethel, Margaret, Alma, Joyce and Mildred; one brother: Hiram; 19 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband John William and her brother Tobias. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 27th at 2:00 p.m. from the Pentecostal Church with interment to follow at the United Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
