It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kathryn "Kay" Kays announce her peaceful passing on August 23, 2021, at Corner Brook Long Term Care at the age of 86, while surrounded by her loving family. She leaves to mourn her Children; Linda Randell (Brian), Edwina Kays, Kathy Cashin (Jim), Edward Kays (Eva), Vicki Butt (Morris), Chris Kays (Michelle), Grandchildren; Heidi (Ryan), David (Felishia), Joey (Stephanie), James (Stephanie), Katie, Eddie, Stephen (Necole), Sarah (Dave), Christina (Jacob), Jonathan (Faith), Aaron, Lance, Candace, Great-grandchildren; Sabian, Ameliah, Brooke, Jade, Grayson, Cohen, Slade, Wes, Ellis, Nixon, Oaklyn, Zoey, Mya, Jay, Dominic, Ethan, Lucas, Layla, Sage and Grandpuppy Rush, Sisters; Betty, Muriel and Joan, as well as a large circle of close family and many, many friends. She was predeceased by her husband Eddy Kays, Infant child; Judy Elizabeth and Parents; John and Emma Baker. 

As per the Family's wishes, cremation will take place. A Funeral Service will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Curling, on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 10:30AM with burial to follow at Mount Cecilia Roman Catholic Cemetery in Curling.  For those unable to attend the service will be live streamed on Fillatre Funeral Homes Ltd. Facebook page. The family will be gathering at the Curling Ranger Lounge from 12:30 – 2:00 pm.
