PILGRIM KENNETH April 29th 1907 … July 26th 2009 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kenneth Pilgrim announce his passing on Sunday July 27th, 2009, at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit in Corner Brook at the age of 102. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Clayton, Edgar (Rowena), Lewis (Dorothy), Lovetta (Llewellyn Langford), Mervyn (Beverly), Mereda, Henry (Pauline), Alvin (Nancy), Lucy, step daughter Stella, 30 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Adelaide, son Kenneth, daughter in law Dinah and step daughter Sarah. Visitation will be held at the Salvation Army Church in Hampden today, from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 29th 2009 at 2 PM with Captain Denise Spurrell and Major Sharron Hayward officiating. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations maybe made to the Gideon Society.
