It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Morris announce his passing on Tuesday, July 28th, 2009 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 51 years. He will be sadly missed by his brothers: Gordie (Lorraine), Phil (Cathy) and Herb; sisters Hilda and Elsie (Ray), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by sisters: Catherine Coates, Doreen Blake, Anita Morris; mother Marie and father Warren; brother David Morris. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place from the United Church on Thursday, July 30th at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Frank Pye officiating. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the United Church Building Fund are graciously accepted.
