It is with great sadness that the family of the late Charles Eddison Francis announce his passing on September 5, 2021, at the Western Long Term Care Palliative Care Unit at the age of 67 years. He leaves to mourn his Children; 3 sons and 2 daughters, a large circle of grandchildren, Sisters; Florence Vincent, Eileen (Bob) Greening, Jean (Cub) Colson as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends. He was predeceased by his Parents; Carrie and Archibald Walter Francis, Brothers; Walter and Phillip, Sister; Joyce and Brother-in-law; Bob Vincent. The family would like to say a special Thank You to the staff at Western Long Term Care’s, Palliative Care Unit and to his friend and caretaker Margaret Anderson.

Cremation has take place. Following Covid-19 guidelines, A funeral service will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM to a maximum of 55 people, with The Very Rev. Catherine Short officiating. Interment to follow at Townsite Anglican Cemetery.
