Obituary of Ty Andre Lucas

How do you sum up such a short life span of memories?

Ty Andre Lucas love of his family and niece and nephew does not come to an end with his sudden death.

Ty struggled with an addiction for many years but was always fighting it with the support of his family and friends.

We want to thank addiction services and Hope Valley for the efforts and clarity they gave him.

Dr.Young who believed in him. 

Addiction is too prevalent among our youth. Peer pressure and drugs are a part of every social

gathering. This needs to change!

Ty passed away while working away for the first time in Fort Saskatchewan Alberta on

September 26, 2021.. He was enjoying the best life. Made so many friends and was visibly

enjoying the experience. We could see his sense of pride.

He leaves to mourn his parents Brian and Lisa Lucas, sister Dakota (TJ), niece Ella, and nephew

Hudson. His grandmother Alice Young, and second mom Aunt Barb as well as his beloved pug,

Taz. Numerous Aunts and Uncles and cousins and friends. Ty is predeceased by his

grandparents Ivan Young and Eve and Margaret Lucas.

He had a special relationship with his niece Ella, taking her often to the playpound and for ice-

cream.

Cremation will take place in Alberta.

A memorial will be held once our baby boy is home.

A Celebration of Life for family and friends will take place at the family home on Wednesday, October 5, 2021 beginning at 4 P.M.
