It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Mary Chaisson announce her passing on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Western Long Term Care, Palliative Care at the age of 88 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Dan (Sheila), Linda (Len), Tony (Joan), Ann (Gordon), Bill and Walter (Jack); grandchildren: John (Eve), Michelle (Derek), Paul, Angela, Andrew, Gregory, Sarah and Emily; great-grandchildren: Owen, Olive and Elliott; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband William Chaisson. A very special thank you to Dr. Slipp and all the staff at the Palliative Care Unit. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Friday, October 22 from the hours of 6-9 p.m. Due to Covid-19 Government regulations masks and Vaccine Passports will be required for entry. Interment to take place on Saturday, October 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care Unit.
