Obituary of Esther Keeping

It is with great sadness the family of the late Esther Keeping announce her passing on October 22, 2021 at the Charles Legrow Health Centre Port aux Basques surrounded by her family.  Esther was predeceased by her husband Wilbur, son Archibald and granddaughter Mary.

She leaves to mourn with precious memories sons Alexander, Kelly (Heather) daughters Bernice (Ron) Keeping, Joyce (Cecil) Marsden, Mary (Ian) Stewart, Edith (Michael) Maillet, daughters- in law- Trudy Keeping and Elaine Keeping 18 grandchildren 22 great grandchildren a large circle of nieces and nephews and friends.

Esther was born at Cul De Sac East and moved to Ramea in 1942 where she met and married her husband and raised their family. We will miss her dearly and she will remain in our hearts forever.

Funeral services will be held at St Boniface Anglican Church in Ramea with Reverend Elsie Rose officiating, on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm, followed by interment at the church cemetery.  Visitation will be held at St. Boniface Anglican Church on Monday and Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Due to Covid -19 Government regulations VaxPass, ID and Masks are required for entry.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home.
