January 9, 1954 – October 23, 2021

It is with great sadness that the Bennett family announce the passing of the Late Yvonne Marie Bennett nee Long of Flat Bay East on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the age of 67 years. 

She died peacefully at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL after loosing her battle with cancer.  Yvonne had a great love for her family and life.  She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  Yvonne truly enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting.  She loved being out in nature and enjoying life with her loving husband Percy.

She leaves to mourn with many loving and precious memories, her cherished husband of 48 years, Percy Bennett, son Percy Jr. (Melanie); grandchildren:  Ryan Bennett (Kendra), Dawn Alexander, Connor and Logan Bennett.  Large circle of family and friends.

Yvonne was predeceased by her beloved daughter Tracey Bennett.

Respecting her wishes, cremation has taken place. 

Flowers accepted and donations to a Charity of One’s Choice.
