Obituary of Corey Lee Ward

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Corey Lee Mason Ward announce his passing on October 28th, 2021, at the Health Science Center in St. John's at the age of 40. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his mother Angella Mahoney; sister Kelly (Philip) Matthews; Nephews Tim Paul (Tya Smith), Tad Paul (Anna Rumbolt), Tanner Paul; Nieces Ava and Lexi Matthews. Corey was predeceased by his father Harrison Ward and brother William Broomfield. 

Family and friend may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home on Tuesday November 2nd from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held at the St. Andrews Church in Happy Valley Goose Bay on  Wednesday November 3rd at 2pm with interment to follow at the United Cemetery. 

As and expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Special Olympics. Special thanks to the Health Science Center CCU nurses and doctors as well as the Labrador Grenfell Health Staff.
