Regina O’Keefe
April 28, 1935 – November 5, 2021
Port Au Choix, NL
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Regina “Jean” O’Keefe (nee Gould) announce her passing on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre at the age of 86 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children:
Joy, Craig (Jean), Janet (Stewart), Elaine (Warren), Edward (Connie), Kieran (Lucille), Sharon (Harrison); 15 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren;
Sisters: Mel, Bernice, Linda, Helena, Sheila and Clarice; Brothers: Martin, Dan and Dean, as well as a very large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends.
She is predeceased by her parents, Austin and Rita Rumbolt.
Special thanks to the staff at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders for the special care they gave her.
Visitation will take place from St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church, Port Au Choix on Sunday, November 7th from 2-4 and 7-9: PM, from where the funeral service will be held on Monday, November 8th at 11 Am with Father Raj officiating, sign-in and Mask required at the Church. The interment will follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove.
