Thomas Nicholas Leonard -   Card of Thanks

1938-2021

On behalf of the Leonard family, I would like to thank Dr. Lafferty, Dr. Dunn, Dr. Bolous, Kelly Gilbert, Cancer Centre Western Region, Dr. Greenland (St. John’s), Dr. Ahmad (St. John’s) and the entire staff of the 3^rd and 4^th floors of Western Regional Hospital for the care and compassion you had shown to Tom throughout his illness, and up until his passing on November 5, 2021.

I would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, especially Florence and Keith, Fillatre Memorials, Glen and Lindsey and the Lasting Impressions Floral Shop for providing outstanding service and understanding during this difficult time.

To Father Lainey, Sister Kay and Brian Terry, thank you for your Funeral Liturgy guidance and the beautiful Service.

To our nephew, Randy Blackwood, as the Liturgy Reader, your words provided us with peace and comfort. To our nephew, David Blackwood, I know your Uncle Tom would have been pleased to be carried by you to his final resting place.

For those who sent cards, flowers, food, donations, and all who took the time to call, email and write condolences, your thoughtfulness is comforting and greatly appreciated.

Tom will be Forever in Our Hearts.
