Apr. 21, 1939 – Dec. 5, 2021

Sarah Jane Conway, daughter of the late Joseph & Florence Perrier, peacefully passed away surrounded by her children at home on Dec. 5, 2021 at the age of 82 years.

Sarah will be forever remembered and loved by her son Daniel Conway (Shirley), St. George’s, NL; daughters:  Noreen Sharpe (Reginald), Oromocto, NB, Sharon Rideout (Dennis), Orleans, ON, Amanda LaSaga (Ronald), St. George’s, NL;  grandchildren:  Reg Sharpe, Terri Lynn Sharpe LeClair, Megan Mills, Daniel Conway, Melanie DiMillo, Timothy Conway, Justin LaSaga; great-grandchildren:  RJ, Sarah, Walker, Brooke, Leah, Freddy, Jack, Bridget, Benny, Tobias, Easton as well as many nieces, nephews other family and friends.

The family would like to thank mom’s support workers:  Bernice Lee, Shirley Conway, Cindy LaSaga, Vanessa Bennett, Arleen Bennett, Bernice Young and Shelley Bennett for their dedicated support and love in mom’s final days.

Sarah was pre-deceased by her husband Tim Conway; daughter Mary Conway; brother and sister-in-law Edward & Marie Perrier.

To honor and respect Sarah’s wishes cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium, Pasadena, NL.  Visitation will take place at St. Joseph’s Church, St. George’s, NL on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021 between the hours of 6 – 9 p.m. from where the funeral mass will take place on Wed., Dec. 8, 2021 at 10 a.m. with Father Edmund Dantes officiating.  Following the service inurnment will take place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shallop Cove, NL.

As expressions of sympathy In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Church Memorial Fund.  Donations in memory of Sarah may be sent to  Amanda Conway LaSaga at allbrains@hotmail.com.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
