It is with great sadness that the family of the late Winston Samuel Budgell announce his passing on December 15, 2021 at Labrador-Grenfell Health, Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age 68. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Scott (Amanda) Budgell and Travis Budgell; grandchildren: Nicky, Riley, Devon, Joshua, Kaydence, Brooke, Dakota, Christa; great-grandchildren: Iris and Elliott; brothers: Leslie, gilbert, Dennis, Kenny, Ivan; sisters: Barb, Bernice, and Marilyn, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relative and close friends. Winston was predeceased by his parents Clifford and Viola Budgell, wife Maxine Budgell and son Kevin Budgell.

Following COVID-19 rules and regulations, visitation will take place at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Sunday, December 19th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 20th at 11:00am at Bethel Pentecostal Church, Happy Valley-Goose Bay with Pastor Wayne Nobel officiating.

The family would like to extend a special “Thank-you” to Pastor Noble as well as to the hospital staff, and close friends and family for all their support. As expressions of sympathy, flowers will be graciously accepted.
