Condolences to Ches's family from Paul and Elva Doucette and from the staff of Steel Mountain Ultramar, we closed our doors 4 years ago , but Ches, know to all of us as " old Smokey " was a regular daily customer. He walked up from the path end twice a day most times, he picked at Thelma and Bern he had many conversations with paul , he was a very smart man, lived a simple life. Our boys thought alot of him, one Christmas I asked them who we should invite for xmas dinner and they said , smokey, so we did . We enjoyed that visit very much. He was good soul, may he RIP ....
