It is with great sadness that the family of the late Anne Theresa Smith announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Monday, January 24th, 2005 at the age of 67 years, following a courageous and lengthy battle with congestive heart failure. Leaving to mourn her loving and devoted husband of 46 years, Ronald T., Deer Lake; sons: Lindell (Nonia), Deer Lake and Ronnie (Maureen), Thunder Bay, ON; beloved grandchildren: Stephanie, Katelin, Deer Lake, and Stephen, Alberta; sister Alice Ewing; brothers: George (Eliza), David and Nicholas, all of Corner Brook; special friend Diane Parsons, Deer Lake; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents John T. and Anne Tobin, brothers Ralph, Patrick Vincent and Jospeh. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake today, Wednesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 27th at 2:00 PM from the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church with Father John Peddle officiating. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Wight's Road.
