It is with broken hearts that the family of Todd Penney announce his sudden and tragic passing in Happy Valley Goose Bay at the age of 47. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his life partner of 31 years Jody Manning. His beloved son Trey Manning, His mother Eileen Penney, mother-in-law Audrey Manning. His sisters Marina Penney and Daisy Walsh (Wayne Walsh) His sister in laws Rhonda, Yvonne Walt), Corina (Nelson). His brother in laws Junior (Corenna), Wayne (Marion), Richard (Barb). His Nephews and Nieces, Blair, Darren, Chris, Steve, Chase, Mark, Mike, Kelsie, Nicole, Keisha, and Stephanie along with a large circle of extended family and great personal friends. Todd was predeceased by his father Stephen Penney and his father-in-law Edward Manning. 

Friends and family may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 45 Aspen Drive on Monday, January 24, 2022 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9. Vaxpasses and social distancing is required. There will be a funeral service on Tuesday, January 25. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral service will be invitation only. Donations to the family may be made, or flowers graciously accepted.
