It is with great sadness that the family of Dorothy Shears announces her passing at The Bay St. George Long Term Care on February 7, 2022.
Dorothy leaves to mourn her husband Gordon and son Ashley of Robinsons, her sisters - Nancy Messervey (ON); Alice (Keith) Whalen (ON); Sharon (James) Dwyer (AB); Brenda (Calvin) Hulan, AB; Rhoda (Brian) Pumphrey, Highlands; and Alma (Sean) Legge, NS; Brothers - Hartley (Geraldine) Legge, Flat Bay; Isaac (Pearl) Legge, St. David's; Stanley Legge, St. David's; and Clarence (Barbara) Legge, Highlands; sisters-in-law - Jean Legge, Patricia MacPherson, Mary (George) Kitchen; Lorraine (Gillis) Shears; brothers-in-law - Robert Parsons, Russell (Lorraine) Shears, Chesley (Ina) Shears and Lorne Shears and a large circle of nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was predeceased by her parents (Isaac) Roy Legge and Suzanne (Greene) Legge; sisters - Margaret Parsons and Muriel Patey; brothers - Albert, Bradley, Roy and Donnelly Legge.
