Almon Abner Jennings

March 26^th, 1938 – February 20^th, 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Almon Jennings announce his passing on February 20^th, 2022 at Western Long-Term Care, Palliative Care, at the age of 83, with his loving daughter Vanessa by his side.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughter Vanessa (Darryl), special nephew Barry Fudge, special friends he made at Westmount Estates; as well as a large circle of family and friends. Almon was predeceased by his wife Beatrice; parents Kenneth and Agnes; father-in-law Eliol Andrews; mother-in-law Emily Andrews; brothers Frederick, Frank, Gerald and Ray; and sisters Edna and Pansy.

There will be a visitation held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street, on Tuesday, February 22^nd, from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9. A funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army Temple, O’Connell Drive on Wednesday, February 23rd at 2:00p.m. with Majors Brian and Valerie Wheeler officiating. Vaccine Passports, photo ID, face masks and social distancing required for both the visitation & funeral service. Interment will follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or one may make a donation to a charity of their own choice.
