Charlotte Matilda Sheppard

December 29, 1935 – April 21, 2022

Passed peacefully away at Western Long Term Care, Corner Brook, Charlotte Matilda Sheppard on Thursday, April 21^st, 2022 at the age of 86 years.  Leaving to mourn with loving memories her children, Marilyn, Allan (Marylou), Janie, Michael and Rick; seven grandchildren, Jerry, Jason (Apple), Charlene (Brad), Chrissy (Charles), Kayla, Sean (Sheena) and Tyler; seven great grandchildren, Hailey, Amber, Carson, Andrew, Logan, Marcus and Lily; sisters-in-law, Masie Kendell, Melissa Kendell and Lois Kendell, as well as large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Roland Allan James Sheppard, parents Charles and Deborah Kendell, father-in-law George Stanley Sheppard, six brothers: George (Mary), James (Regina), Henry, Wilson, Archibald and Clarence Kendell; six sisters: Mary (Clifton) Joyce, Olive (Richard) Sheppard, Melina (Thomas) Childs, Susan (Thomas) Snooks, Pearl (Richard) Childs, Amelia (George) Childs, sisters-in-law, Lillian (Joseph) Saunders and Edna (Harry) Ayers; sons-in-law Eric Park and Aubrey Sheppard. A special thank you to Nurse Practitioner Miranda Church, nurses and staff at Western Long Term Care for the kindness and compassion shown to our Mom and our family.  Friends and family may visit St. James Anglican Church in Lark Harbour on Friday from 7-9:00 p.m. and Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Sunday, April 24^th at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Effie Organ officiating. Face coverings are kindly suggested. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted.
