It is with great sadness that the family of Sidney George Francis Pardy announce his passing on May 10th, 2022 at the Long Term Care Home in Goose Bay, NL. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are: Brothers: Robert Pardy (Amanda), Manuel Davis, Josh Davis (Linda), Eldred Davis, Samuel Davis, Harold (Nora); Sisters: Minnie Harper (Stephen), Vera Butt, Rita Massie (Barry). He also leaves to mourn a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Predeceased by his younger brother Clarence Davis, his parents Sidney Pardy Sr. and Mary Ann (Pardy) Davis , as well sister in-law Cynthia Davis, Brother in-law Jim Butt and step-father John Davis.

Viewing to take place Thursday, May 12 at Fillatre’s Funeral Home from 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 13, at 2:00pm from the United Church in Happy Valley Goose Bay with Reverend Wayne Blackwood officiating. Cremation will take place with burial planned for a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Happy Valley United Church or to a charity of one’s choice. Special thanks to all the nurses, physicians, and staff in general at the Labrador Health Center and Long-Term Care home.
