It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leonard Noseworthy announce his passing on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at the Western Long Term Care, Palliative Care Unit at the age of 96 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving his children: Loretta (Charlie) Roberts, Ontario, Carson (Hazel) Noseworthy, Ontario, Kenneth (Theresa) Noseworthy, PEI, Roger (Roslyn) Noseworthy, Ontario and Connie Sanford, Ontario; grandchildren: Penny, Diane, Sharon, Paula, Jamie, Michelle, Michael, Nicole, Jordan, Kirsten, Brittany and Ryan; great-grandchildren: Melisa, Matthew, Hayden, Russell, Mitchell, Raegan, Abby, Carson, Owen, Evan, Isaac, Georgia, Hannah, Zach, Grace and Carter; great-great-grandchildren: Avery and Ledger; special friend Pearl Crocker; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife June Noseworthy, mother of his children Elizabeth Noseworthy, parents James and Mary Ellen Noseworthy, brothers Clayton, Roy and William Noseworthy, sister Jessie Payne, special friend Edna Power. Cremation has taken place, a private family interment will take place at Mount Patricia Cemetery with the Very Rev. Catherine Short officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care Unit.
