Bradley Charles DiCesare

October 3, 1967 – June 4, 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Bradley Charles DiCesare, advise of his passing at the Western Long Term Care Palliative Care Unit, after a courageous battle with Mesothelioma. Brad leaves to mourn, his son Evan Bradley, to whom he devoted his life, his adoptive parents Don and Gertie DiCesare, grandmother Enid Stevenson, his brothers and sisters, Don DiCesare (Lisa), Judy Sweetland (Robert), Andrew Stevenson (Evelyne), Tania Stevenson-Pendergast (Jean-Paul), aunts and uncles, Joyce Feaver, Anne Taaffe, Bernadette MacDougall, Gloria MacDougall, Bruce Stevenson (Gale), ex-wife Carla DiCesare, his fur baby Shadow, and a large number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Brad was predeceased by his biological parents, Roger Stevenson and Nancy Nugent, grandfather Dave Stevenson, adoptive grandparents, Pius and Pearl Farrell, Donato and Concetta DiCesare, Uncle and aunt, Tom Farrell and Jane Crawley.

Special thank you to the awesome staff at the Palliative Care Unit, doctors and nurses at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital and Western Memorial Hospital, and his co-workers at the Municipal Assessment Agency, whom he loved dearly.

By Brad’s wishes, there will be no formal service, but friends may make a donation, in his name, to Western Palliative Care, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
