Obituary of Gary Alphonsus Bouzanne

The family of Gary Alphonsus Bouzanne of Fredericton NB, are sad to announce that he passed away at home on November 25th 2021. He was 67 years old, born in Corner Brook Newfoundland and the son of the late Harold and Shirley Bouzanne. Gary was a retired electrical engineer and was an avid stamp collector since childhood (he started collecting with his father). He loved reading Herman Wouk and Ken Follett novels, walking outdoors and hanging out with friends. He enjoyed sharing movies with his daughter; and as a child and adolescent growing up in Newfoundland, he loved to go hunting and fishing. Gary will be deeply missed by his daughter Cynthia Bouzanne; his sisters, Patricia Bouzanne, Janice Fleming (John) and Cathy Joyce (George and nephew Alex) and his aunt Patricia Grace. A Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 4th at 11:00 am from Fillatre's Funeral Home chapel, St. Marks Avenue with Fr. Jim Robertson officiating. Inurnment will follow at the family plot, Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, for those who wish, donations in Gary’s memory, may be made to a charity of ones  choice.  Online condolences and sharing of memories can be made on this site.
