Beulah Fowler passed away peacefully at the Labrador Grenfell long term care facility, Forteau, Labrador, on June 20, 2022, with her family by her side. Beulah is predeceased by her husband Joseph Fowler.

Beulah was born in Buckles Point, Labrador and grew up in Fox Cove, Labrador. Beulah was the daughter of William and Mary Barney. She married the love of her life, Joseph Fowler on May 07, 1954, and started their family.

Beulah loved so many things in her life. She loved gardening as every year with her family, she enjoyed many days berry picking and everyone got to enjoy her jams and pies she made with those berries. Beulah enjoyed knitting (everyone in the family was sure to have a few sets of new vamps each winter). Beulah also loved her years working at the bakery with her nieces and nephew. Not to forget her many years working with her sister at the salmon lodge on the Pinware River.

Her family was everything to her. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her biggest accomplishments. Beulah was a very devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother.

Beulah is survived by her two sons: Reginald (Doris), Dudley (Brenda), and her two daughters: Mary (Francis), Ethel (John), and Ruby Fowler who was a very special woman to Beulah over the years.

Grandchildren: Robi (Petrina), Scott (Sarah), Lindsey (Jackie), Trina, Joanne (Sheldon), Johnathan (Ashley), Charlene, Ronald (Edith), Kirk (Stephanie).

Great-grandchildren: Nathan, Ocean, Julian, Presley, Paige, Jaysalyn, Alyssa, Carter, Allistair, Rebecca, Alexa, Ashton, Emma, Chloe, Spencer, and Samuel.

Beulah was a sister to William (predeceased) (Dora), Edward (predeceased) (Mena), Richard (Laura) (predeceased), Bella (Wilfred) (predeceased), Dorothy (Donald) (predeceased), Patricia (Hedley) (predeceased), and Harriet.

Family service will take place on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 7:00pm and Funeral service will be on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 2:00pm at St. John the Evangelist Church, Capstan Island.

The family wishes to thank all the staff at Labrador Grenfell Long term Care facility. Beulah spent a significant amount of time being cared for by the staff here, and your thoughtfulness and kindness will never be forgotten.
