It is with great sadness that the family of the late Daniel Edward Michelin Sr. announce his passing on June 28, 2022 at his home in Happy Valley Goose Bay at the age of 66. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children Dan (Trudy), David (Lori); grandchildren Bethany, Kyle, Kaelyn, Joshua, Jordan; brothers Sam Palliser, Johnny Wolfrey, George Wolfrey, David Wolfrey, Stanley Wolfrey, Tony Wolfrey; sisters Annie Shiwak (nee Michelin), Edith Sheppard, Jane Wolfrey; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

 

Daniel was predeceased by his parents Harris Michelin & Lucy Wolfrey (nee Palliser); wife Helen; sons Neil, Harris, Andrew; brothers Cortland Pallisar, Jobe Wolfrey, David Michelin; sisters Viola Blake (nee Wolfrey).

 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 2nd, 2022, in Rigolet with Reverend Sarah Baikie officiating. Interment to follow at the Rigolet Cemtery.
