Passed away peacefully at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Palliative Care, Lilian June Pearce (Mercer). She is survived by her three daughters: Judy House of Kippens, Jean (Brian) Flanagan of Red Deer, Alberta and Janice Davis of Sylvan Lake, Alberta; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sisters Eileen Pike and Mary Parsons and brother Ross Mercer. June was predeceased by her husband Rev. Canon David Pearce; father Wilfred; mother Marcella; stepmother Harriett; brother Sam; sister Lorna and son-in-law Gilbert.
Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. There will be a visitation at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue, Corner Brook on Monday, July 18 from the hours of 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 19 at 2:00 p.m. from All Saint’s Anglican Church, Clarence Street with Reverend Tanya White officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Hub, Pasadena.
