Obituary of Noreen Patricia Flynn

Noreen Patricia (Nin) Flynn, 56, of Forteau, NL, passed away peacefully on 4 August 2022 at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by her beloved family.

Noreen was raised in Port Aux Choix by her parents, Bill and Geraldine Lawless. She moved to Labrador in 1983 where she instantly fell in love with the Big Land and her husband Craig. She worked with the LFUSCL until 2004 in various roles. Active in her community, she would often assist the ACW and Forteau Fire Department with fundraisers such as dinners and Sports Weekend. Noreen loved the outdoors, with Spring being her favourite season. The only thing she loved more in life than a ride on ski-doo and a boil up in the country was her family.

Noreen is survived by her husband Craig, children Tyler (Allyson), Trevor (Leanne), Stephanie (Coady), TJ, grandchildren Isaiah, Norah, Emma, mother-in-law Mary, fur baby Lexi and extended family. She is predeceased by her parents Bill and Geraldine, father in-law Bob, and brother Pius.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at the Health Sciences Centre, family and friends.

Funeral Monday 8 August at 3:00PM at St. Peter's Anglican Church in Forteau.
