Obituary of Lyman Arthur Spence

April 30, 1930 - August 26, 2022                                                                                                                                                                                    

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lyman Arthur Spence, age 92, beloved Husband, Father, Father-in-law, Grandfather and Great Grandfather on August 26, 2022 at Bonne Bay Health Centre, surrounded by his family.

Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 67 years Gertrude, Daughter Linda Noseworthy (George); Sons:  Gerard Spence (Debbie), Larry Spence (Bev), John Spence (Nancy), Mike Spence (Brenda), Tony Spence. 

Grandchildren:  Dwanna Dobbin, Kevin Noseworthy, Michael Noseworthy, Sarah Lavers, Mandie Sheppard, Julie Spence, Marcus Spence, Erin Spence, Sean Spence. Great Grandchildren: Jaxson and Brooklyn Dobbin, Liam and Evan Lavers, Amelia Noseworthy, Anthony Spence, Joanie Oram. 

Brother:  Sam Spence (Phyllis). 

Sisters:  May House, Norma Goodland.  Sisters-in-law: Shirley Spence, Yvette Biggin; a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Predeceased by Parents, Robert and Olga Spence; Mother and Father-in-law Ange and Mathurine Cadet.  Siblings:  Laura White (Joe), Don (Deb), Stella Hinks (Pete), Ken Spence (Betty), Bill Spence, Bruce Spence, Robert Spence. Brothers-in-law Wesley Goodland, Hector Caines. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rufus Guinchard Long Term Care Facility or a charity of one's choice.
