It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Patricia Eva Madore announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL on September 5, 2022 at the age of 83 years.

Patricia leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband of 64 years, Calvin Madore; her children:  Ernest (Agnes), Wade (Nancy), Dale, Donald (Jeannie), Gladys (Matthew), Paul (Jocelyn), David (Deanne), Eugene (Carolyn), Delores (Gary), Angela (Harold), Ray (Kelly); 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, her brothers: Robert, Gerald; sisters:  Sarah, Una and Cavell.

She is predeceased by her parents Alice & Edward Shears; brothers: Simon, Melvin, Edward and her sister Clara.

Eva, as everyone knew her, was a quiet, gentle loving person who loved spending time with her family, knitting, cooking, and going on outings with her children.  She enjoyed helping out in her community and the Church.

We would like to thank her home care workers for their care and compassion.

Respecting Eva’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
