It is with great sadness that the family of the late Vincent Lewis announce his passing on Tuesday, September 6^th, 2022 at Corner Brook Long Term Care at the age of 82 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; his loving wife Brenda (nee Leonard) of 60 years; children: Brenda Pye (Douglas), Victoria, BC, Anita Young (Aulden), London, ON, Vincent Lewis (Nadine), Fort McMurray, AB, Margaret Lewis (Cory Peddle), Fort McMurray, AB, and Eileen Tuma (Jeff), Quispamsis, NB; son-in-law Constantin Lupascu, Edmonton, AB; nine grandchildren: Rebecca, Kate, Adam, Shawn, Derek, Mason, Monica, Emily and Hannah; eight great grandchildren: brothers: Joe (Margie) Lewis, Curling, Tom Lewis, Curling; sisters: Lorraine Traverse (Dave), Curling, Philomena Locke (Ed), Kitchener, ON; sister-in-law Barbara Lewis, Curling; as well as brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Felix and Margaret Lewis; daughter Ellen; granddaughter Danielle; brothers: Frank, Dennis and Felix; Sister, Mary Lewis and sisters and brothers-in-law: Eileen (Ross) Davis and Bernita (Charlie) Musseau.

We, the family would like to extend a very special thank you to Doctor Griffin, Nurses and staff on the 5^th floor Western Memorial Hospital, The Bungalows and 3^rd floor at Corner Brook Long Term Care, for the care and kindness shown to Vincent and our family. Your compassion did not go unnoticed. Thank you.

 Friends and family may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Sunday, September 11^th from 7-9 P.M. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 12^th at 10:30 AM from Sacred Heart Parish with Fr. Jim Robertson officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
