It is with great sadness that the family of the late Weldon Augustus Hunt announce his passing on September 21, 2022 at the age of 76 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Diane; daughter Kim (Sam Cooper); grandson Jordan; granddaughter Cailin Brushett (Ontario); brothers Austin and Foster; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Weldon was predeceased by his mother Alice Parsons; sister-in-law Emily Young; and his brothers-in-law Carl Preshyon, Gregory Preshyon and Ambrose Preshyon.
Family and friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue, on Saturday, September 24th from the hours of 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. There will be a funeral service at Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Sunday, September 25th at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Cynthia Haines-Turner officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery.
