It is with great sadness the family of the late Frederick George Randell announces his peaceful passing with his beloved wife by side on Wednesday October 5, 2022 at Calder Health Care Center in Burgeo at the age of 78 years.  

Fred was born on August 28 1944 in Englee and then settled in Burgeo NL with his wife and 3 children. He was forever loved by his wife Minnie of 56 years and their children; Darren (Michelle), Kimberly (Sean), Denna (Kevin): his beloved grandchildren Coady, Ryan, Steven, Maria, Alexander; and great grandchildren Emma, Nolan and Nathan. Fred is survived by his Sisters and brothers, Robert(Millie), Alma, Lucy (Bob), Dorothy, Isabella, Margaret, Annie, as well as other family members and friends. Predeceased by his two sons Paul and David his parents Reginald and Minnie Randell his brothers Sterling, John, Ruben.  

Cremation has taken place and a service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday October 11, 2022 at 2 pm at the St John the Evangelist Anglican Church.

He will be warmly remembered through the many wonderful stories that he told.
