HENRY HARDY Rose Blanche, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Henry Hardy announce his sudden passing on Sunday, November 22nd, 2009 at the age of 84 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories three children: daughter Bernice Hatcher (Wayne); sons: Stuart (Sandra), Ronald (Geraldine), all of Rose Blanche; eight grandchildren: Wade Hatcher (Samantha), Jamie Hardy (Yvonne),Travis Hardy (Melinda), Vanessa Hardy (Frank), Vaughn Hardy, Jamie Thorne (Cavell), Veronica Baggs (Lyle), Tammy Hefford (Jason); four great-grandchildren: Paige and Sierra Hardy, Cameron and Carter Thorne; three sisters-in-law: Mabel LeMoine (Ken) of Port Aux Basques, Cassie Hardy of Rose Blanche, Maria Clevett of Port Aux Basques; two brothers-in-law: Ralph Clevett (Ethel) of Port Aux Basques and Gordan Clevett (Theresa) of Nova Scotia; special friend Patricia Samms and family of Codroy Valley, and a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Shirley; son Henry; father and mother Thomas and Mary Elizabeth; three brothers Freeman, William and Ralph; two sisters: Sarah and Jenny. Visitation took place at St. Michaels and All Angels Anglican Church in Rose Blanche on Monday and Tuesday, from where the funeral service took place on Wednesday, November 25th at 2:00 p.m. with Father Nussey officating. Interment followed at Hillside Haven Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port Aux Basques.
