Mom was a constant support to all her children. She was non judgemental with an always encouraging attitude towards life. Her mental strength was obvious to all and her dedication and determination raising seven young children was inspirational…you were our rock mom. Flo worked 30+ years tending bar at the Glynmill Inn developing many lifelong friends from all walks of life and listening to thousands of stories…she could sure tell a few of her own as well.

Family and friends and her beloved Pinchgut lake cottage filled her retirement years.

She so looked forward to her yearly birthday parties/ family get togethers held every July…which usually lasted a week.  She loved to fish, garden, and spend time with her many neighbours and friends. We sure enjoyed our evening poker games over the last forty years.

Winters months were often spent visiting her children across the country, when at home she’d be found Sundays mornings selling her knitted wares at the valley mall market

She loved watching her hockey, baseball, and the many sporting rivalries she and the boys shared… she sure loved her leaf’s

Many thanks for the great care she received during her two years stay at the Lohnes Complex, Curling.
