It is with great sadness that the family of the late Cecil Arnold announce his passing on November 15th, 2022, at his residence in Corner Brook, NL, at the age of 50 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his mother: Grace Arnold; sister: Christa (Gary) Dyck; nieces: Chloe Dyck and Madison Dyck, as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and family friends.

Cecil was predeceased by his father: Edward Arnold; grandparents: Raymond and Marjorie Brake, Cecil and Maxine Arnold; step-grandfather: Hiram Chaulk.

Visitations will be held on Friday, November 18th from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Fillatre Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19th at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers will be graciously accepted, or donations can be made to the Western Regional Hospital Foundation.

The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to the doctors and nurses at the Corner Brook and St. John’s cancer clinics as well as the Radiation Department in St. John’s.
