It is with great sadness that the family of the late Wayne Edward Dennis announce his passing on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 62 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughters: Kayla (Bobby) and Victoria Gillingham; grandson Devon Lanoix; as well as cousins, extended family and many friends. He was predeceased by his mother Jane Dennis and son Robbie Lanoix. A special thank you to the nurses at the Dialysis Unit for their care over the years and the Doctors and staff of the ICU at Western Memorial Regional Hospital. Also thank you to his homecare workers. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Saturday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 11 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Father Jim Robertson officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to Dialysis Unit or the Arthritis Society of NL.
