Deborah (Debbie) Gale (Butt) Lewis

Debbie passed suddenly at WMRH in her 65th year. She was predeceased by her parents Wm. Edward (Ned) and Ebba Butt, parents in law Bill and Lucy Lewis, special brother in law Tony, sister in law Hedy and niece Tracy. Leaving to mourn with loving and cherished memories husband of 44 years, Maxwell, daughters Monique (Christopher) Wellman, Holly and beloved "grandpuppy" Pola. Siblings, Robert (Hilary), Ottawa, Dona (Bill) Molloy, Gander, Wendy Butt, Corner Brook, Beverley (Mike) Hodder, Birchy Bay. Brothers-in-law Dave (Barb), Fred, Roger (Anne), Harold (Linda). As well as a large circle of nieces and nephews, cousins and great friends.

As per Debbie's request, cremation has taken place. Visitation Will be held on Monday, December 12 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue. A private service will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating with interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bay of Islands SPCA or a charity of one’s choice.

To the Doctors, nurses, and paramedics who worked the early hours to try to assist in any way, we thank you for all that you did. Thank you for your kindness to Holly and Max. 

Fly with the angels, our cherished wife, mother, sister and friend. In our hearts you will remain forever. Until we meet again...
