Passed peacefully away on Friday, December 18th, 2009 at the J.I. O’Connell Centre, Harold Wilson Lundrigan at the age of 81 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his 3 daughters: Shara (Edward) Roche, London, Ont., Susan (Bill) English, Sydney, NS and Barbara Lundrigan (Frank), Cornwall, Ont; 2 sons: Jim (Ivy), St. John’s and John (Raye), Corner Brook; 15 grandchildren: Emily (Al) Snively, Mary, John, Martin, Naomi, Ann Shirley, David and Terrance Roche, Ned, Maggie and Hal English, Angela (Randy) Seaward, Samantha, Kaitlyn and Susan Lundrigan; 4 great-grandchildren: Grace, Violet and Lily Snively and Evan Seaward; brother Tom (Peggy); sisters: Eva Jennings, Evelyn (Roy) Brown, Mary (Reginald) Finn, Ruby Gullage, Jean (Russell) Wilson, Josephine (William) Kennedy and Effie (Ralph) Humble; sisters-in-law: Ida Lundrigan and Barbara (Gerry) Bartlett; brothers-in-law: Bill (Marina) Martin and John (Mimie) Martin; former daughter-in-law Debbie Lundrigan (Bill Thornehill). Special thanks to care givers: Sylvia Boardman, Jennifer Boyd, Jessie Roberts, Janet Oram and Helen Hall, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Shirley May, November 8th, 2007, parents William James and Naomi Lundrigan, brothers Arthur, Maxwell and William Lundrigan, sisters-in-law Enid and Edith Lundrigan, brothers-in-law Frank Jennings and John Gullage. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Sunday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 21st at 10:00 AM from the Salvation Army Temple, O’Connell Drive with Majors Calvin and Loretta Fudge officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lundrigan Stroke and Rehabilitation Fund, c/o the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation, P.O.
