Passed peacefully away at the Curtis Memorial Hospital, St. Anthony, NL, on December 17, 2022, at 8:27 p.m., Mr. Norman Robert Roberts in his 84th year. 

Predeceased by his parents: Robert George and Beatrice Pearl Roberts; his wife Lillian Roberts; brother Eli (Doris) Roberts; sisters: Shirley (Rex) Butt, Florence (Nelsen) Gaulton, Elizabeth (Headly) Buckle, Phylis (George) Cave, Irene (Arthur) Dorey; and his brother-in-law Donald Butt.

He will be lovingly remembered by his son Harvey (Lorette) Roberts; his sisters: Gloria Butt of Pinware, NL, and Mable (Norman) James of Forteau, NL; brothers: Bert (Eileen) Roberts of Forteau, NL, Steve (Mary) Roberts of Deer Lake, NL and Pearce (Clara) Roberts of Deer Lake, NL; grandchildren: Jessica Roberts of Oshawa, Ont., and Jillian (Charles) Bolger of Labrador City, NL; Fur Buddy Pud of Labrador City, NL; step-grandchild Charlene (Mose) Squibb of Victoria, NL; great-grandchildren: Cooper Roberts McCay and Cameron Roberts McCay of Sarnia, Ont., and Cristiano Roberts Chaves of Oshawa, Ontario; as well as his nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. 

Mr. Norman Roberts was born and raised in Forteau, Labrador where he worked as a lineman for 31 years and retired with NL Hydro. He loved going to the cabin with his wife Lillian every chance they got. 

There will be a visitation held at Living Waters Pentecostal Church, English Point, on December 21, 2022, from the hours of 10-12, 2-4, and 7-9. Funeral service will take place on December 22, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. from Living Waters Pentecostal Church, English Point. At the request of Mr. Norman Roberts, no flowers.
