Obituary of Ruth Daphne Blundon

Ruth Daphne Blundon
May 27, 1946 – December 21, 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Ruth Blundon announce her passing on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

Leaving to mourn with very warm and happy memories, her children Carl (Marilyn), Scott (Nicole), Sandi (Paul), and Karen; brother Bill (Phyllis) Wiseman; nephews Doug, Darryl, Geoff, and Chris; and her well-loved grandchildren Kelly, Katlyn, Abbi, Jacob, and James. Ruth was predeceased by her husband Graham.

Ruth was a very warm and generous person. She loved her family and friends, especially from her Church, Beta Sigma Phi, and the "Lunch Bunch."

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Fillatre's Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake, on Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, December 30, 2022, at St. Michael's and All Angels Anglican Church, Deer Lake with the Rev Canon Jeffrey Petten presiding. Interment to follow at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery, Wight’s Road, Deer Lake.

As flowers are such a kind gesture; due to severe allergies the family can not accept them. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Anglican Parish of Deer Lake.
