GEORGE CABOT Happy Valley - Goose Bay, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late George Cabot Sr. Announce his passing on Saturday, December 26th, 2009 at his residence in Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age of 79 years. He will be sadly missed by his children: Maureen (David) Grant, Imelda (Al) George, Maurice Cabot, Kevin (Kelly) Cabot, George Cabot, Barbara Wheeler (Gary White), Greg Cabot, Perry (Patty) Cabot, Johnny (Janet) Cabot, Vera Cabot (Tony O’Brien), 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Madeline, grandson Lester, sisters Genevieve and Irene. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Sunday and Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 29th at 2:00 PM from Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
