<p>The family of the late Stephen Cyril Penney are sad to annouce his passing on February 25, 2018 at the Labrador Grenfell Health Center in Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age of 73 years.&nbsp; He leaves to mourn his wife, Eileen; children, Marina, Daisy (Wayne) and&nbsp;Todd (Jody); grandchildren, Nicole, Keisha, Stephanie and Trey; sister, Maisie as well as other relatives and friends.&nbsp; He was predeceased by his parents Edna and Willis Penney, brothers Fred and Lumas and his sister, Addie.&nbsp; Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, February 27, 2019 from 2- 4 pm or 7-9 pm at Fillatre's Funeral Home.&nbsp; Funeral service to be conducted on Wednesday from the Anglican Church with Rev. Nellie Thomas officiating.&nbsp; Interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery.&nbsp; As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the family.</p>
