It is with great sadness that the family of the late Raphael Simeon Gregoire announce his passing on March 1st, 2023 at the age of 73 years in Sheshatshiu, Newfoundland and Labrador.

 

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Kenny (Micheline), Curtis, Winnie, Gary, Mary Philomena (Matthew) and Theresa, 21 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. He also leaves his brothers: Toby and Pien, and sisters: Nancy, Mary Anne, Elizabeth, Mary Philomena, and Angela, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

 

Raphael is pre-deceased by his wife: Theresa Mary, parents: Pierre and Elizabeth Gregoire, son: Roger, and siblings: Michel and Catherine.

 

Visitation to be held at Raphael's residence in Sheshatshiu on Friday, March 3rd from 3:00pm. Funeral service to follow at Tshitshitua Shushep Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, March 4th at 11:00am with Fr. Joe officiating.
