Obituary of Sandy Hillier
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sandy Hillier announce his passing on Friday, January 15th, 2010 at Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL at the age of 43 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Melody McLean; children: Allison Beck (Boog), Ashley McLean (Molly); his mom Lucy Hillier; brothers: Wilson (Christine), Nelson, Glen (Suzanne), Gary (Tammy); sister Connie (Steven), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Ernest and sister Doris. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Tuesday, January 19th between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, January 20th at 2:00 p.m. from the Pentecostal Church. Interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
