Obituary of John Paul White

John Paul White passed peacefully away at the Labrador Health Center, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, on March 12^th, 2023 at the age of 69 years.

He leaves to mourn countless family members on both sides of his blended family, both biological and adoptive, including: his daughter: Susan Nochasak; grandchildren: Kanses, Kennedy, and Martin; and many special friends and relatives who were near and dear to his heart.

John was pre-deceased by his parents: Pearl and Gerald White; and by his biological mother: Kathyrn “Dolly” Preston.

Resting at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Tuesday, March 14^th for family visitation from 2-4pm and for public visitation from 7-9pm.

Funeral service will take place at the North West River United Church on Wednesday, March 15^th, 2023 at 2:00pm with Pastor Andrew McAuley officiating. Interment to follow in the North West River community cemetery. The family will receive guests at the North West River community centre following the ceremony.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff at the Labrador Health Centre. John and family truly appreciated their kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness during his short stay.
