Obituary of William Frederick Buckle
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce that our beloved husband, father, grandfather, William (Bill) Buckle passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour on April 29th 2023 at the age of 82 years.
He was born in Forteau Bay, Labrador and lived here all of his life.
Bill fished for many years in Labrador. He had a passion for being out in boat, cutting wood and berry picking. All whom have known him will remember him by his strong sense of humour and his love to have a big laugh.
Leaving to mourn with loving memories is his wife of 60 years, Vivian Buckle;
Children, Stephen (Kathy), Vernon, and Darren (Kay); Grandchildren, Kristy (Brendan), Ryan, Aimee (Cody), Isaiah (Alexis), William (Teegan) and Caleb; his siblings Charlotte, Shirley, Arthur, Gideon (Mabel) and Linda (Tom); Along with a large group of family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents, Effie Trimm and William Buckle; Brother Stanley George; and Half-Brother Harold.
Funeral service will be held in May 4th, 2023, at 2pm at English Point Gospel Hall.
