It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Buckle announce his passing Sunday, May 14th, 2023, at the Labrador Grenfell - Long Term Care facility in Forteau at the age of 86 years.

John was predeceased by his wife Lily Buckle, parents John and Maude Buckle, brother Fred and sisters Emma and Elizabeth. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories children: Patsy (Rodney), Lorraine (Myles), Colleen (Greg), Elva (Shawn), Sheldon (Lisa); Grandchildren: Aaron (Genna), Megan (Kyle), Murray (Michelle), Adam (Billie), Scott (Rianna), Rebecca (Matt), Rachael, Sophia and great grandchildren Tanner, Carter and Connor, as well as a large circle of family and friends.

Family service will take place at St. Peters Anglican Church on Tuesday, May 16th,2023 at 7:30 pm. Funeral service will be Wednesday May 17th, 2023, at 2PM. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forteau, Labrador. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at the Long term Care facility for the care John has received during the last few years.
