MRS. MILDRED DOREEN DAY Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mildred Doreen Day announce her passing at the Western Memorial Hospital, Corner Brook, NL on February 10, 2010 at the age of 78 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children, Carol Mullett (Arthur), Helen Hutchings (Terry), Robert and Arch Lundrigan, grandchildren, Christine, Stephanie, Geoffrey, Shawn, Timothy and Justin, great-grandchildren, David and Jack, sister, Dianne Wells (Terry), brothers, Robert Leggo (Shirley), John Leggo (Sheila), and Gerald Leggo, as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Cyril Day. Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Mark’s Avenue on Friday 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at The Salvation Army Temple, O’Connell Drive on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. with Majors Calvin and Loretta Fudge officiating. Interment to follow at the Mount Patricia Cemetry. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.
