CARD OF THANKS

The family of the late Trudy Lynn Pink (nee Sheppard) would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone who has shown their support in the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece and friend.  Thank you to anyone and everyone for the overwhelming show of support from cards, phone calls, emails, messages, flowers, food, thoughts, prayers and donations to various charities. It was greatly appreciated.

We would like to thank family and friends that travelled to be with us. To those who could not be here, we know your hearts were.  Thanks to all that visited the funeral home and attended or watched the service.

Thank you to the Nursing staff at Royal Victoria, St. Josphes, St. Michaels, and Sunny Brook hospital, who provided excellent care and support during her courageous and lengthy battle with cancer.

Thank you to the staff at Hospice Simcoe and the Palliative Care Team at Royal Victoria Hospital. Dr. Monin and Dr. Cohen. The help that was provided allowed us to be with Trudy as family and not caregivers.

Also a special thank you to Dr. Robert El-Maraghi and Dr. Tiffany Yan Tam for being Trudy’s cancer care team and giving us the last 5-6 years with Trudy.

Another thank you to everyone who donated to help our family when Trudy was at St. Michaels Hospital in March 2023. As well as everyone who donated to the GoFundMe “Bring Trudy Home to Newfoundand to Rest”. Our family is forever grateful and appreciate your generosity.

My mind still talks to you

My heart still looks for you but,

My soul knows you’re at peace.

I miss you every single day.
